Szybki przepis: Placuszki serowe pełnoziarniste (typ 1850)



Placuszki serowe pełnoziarniste to szybki przepis na pyszne śniadanie lub po prostu wtedy, kiedy mamy ochotę na zdrową, ale słodką przekąskę. Ich wykonanie jest niezwykle proste i nie wymaga ubijania białek, ani wcześniejszego wyjmowania sera czy jajek z lodówki. Nie będą aż tak puszyste jak w innych przepisach, ale nadal wyjdą bardzo smaczne!

Składniki (na ok. 10-12 placuszków):

– 200 g twarogu chudego
– 60 ml mąki pszennej pełnoziarnistej (typ 1850)
– 3 jajka (rozmiar L)
– 1 łyżka erytrytolu / stewii
– 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
– 1 łyżeczka oleju kokosowego (do smażenia)

Czas przygotowania:

Mieszanie ciasta: ok. 5 min
Smażenie placuszków: ok. 15 min

W misce rozdrabniamy widelcem kostkę chudego białego sera, wbijamy trzy całe jajka i dodajemy łyżkę erytrytolu. Mieszamy aż do połączenia się składników. Do takiej masy dodajemy stopniowo mąkę pełnoziarnistą (typ 1850) połączoną wcześniej z proszkiem do pieczenia, tak by nie powstały grudy.

Przygotowane ciasto zostawiamy na kilka minut, aby delikatnie zgęstniało. Następnie wykładamy dużą łyżką na patelnię z odrobiną oleju kokosowego – średniej wielkości, okrągłe placki. Smażymy z każdej ze stron, aż do uzyskania złotego lub lekko brązowego koloru.

Placuszki serowe pełnoziarniste najlepiej smakują jeszcze ciepłe, z ulubionymi dodatkami. Mogą to być owoce, albo fit kremy do smarowania jak czekoladowo-orzechowy krem nutella z kaszy jaglanej czy pyszny karmel z daktyli – na które przepisy znajdziecie u mnie na blogu.
